Return & Exchange
Returns
• Returns are accepted only in case of damaged products or incorrect items delivered.
• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Once the return is approved and the product is received at our warehouse, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment.
• Returned items must be in original condition — unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Items must be in resellable condition. Products returned in a used or damaged state will not be eligible for a refund and will be shipped back to the customer.

Exchanges
• We offer size exchanges only.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Once the returned item is received and approved, the replacement size will be dispatched.
• Colour or style exchanges are not permitted.

Reverse Pickup & Shipping Charges
• Reverse pickup is available for select pin codes.
• A restocking fee of up to INR 250 per pickup may be deducted from the refund amount.
• If reverse pickup is unavailable for your pin code, the product must be shipped by the customer to:

• Return and exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
• Please report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery at contact@genezy.in.
• Clear images or an unboxing video must be shared as proof.
• In case of damage, size exchange (same product) or refund will be processed after verification.
• Requests for style or colour changes will not be accepted.

Refunds
• Prepaid orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days of approval.
• COD orders: Refunds will be processed via UPI after receiving the necessary details.
• Only the product value is refundable.
• Shipping charges, COD fees, restocking fees, custom packaging costs, and other incidental charges are non-refundable.

Processing Time
• Returns, refunds, or exchanges typically take 10–15 working days after the product is received at our warehouse.
